Mr. Harsh Shah

Mr. Harsh Shah is an experienced Naval Architect & Marine Engineer who brings with him diverse international experience in ship designing, vessel modifications or conversions, Heavy lift, project management, dry-dock management, regulatory compliance, vessel operations and maritime asset management. Solving complex engineering problems and providing out-of-the-box, yet cost-effective solutions are his forte.

Areas of Expertise
Mr. Shah has working experience with a wide range of vessel types from Tugs and Barges to oceangoing Bulk Carriers and Cruise Ships. With almost a decade of academic and professional working experience in North America, he has profound knowledge of international markets (primarily USA & Canada) as well as domestic South-Asian markets.Throughout his career, he has been involved with several high-profile maritime projects and been recognized for his work internationally.

Mr. Siddharth Kulkarni

An experienced maritime and logistics professional with a demonstrated history of working in the maritime claims, logistics and supply chain industry. Siddharth Kulkarni has experience in Management, Logistics Management, Marine Claims Consulting and Business Strategy. Responsible for the overall management of business, business development, client relations, human resource management, supervision of operations & accounts and strategic decision making.

Areas of Expertise

Worked on various assignments cargo and hull surveys in Mumbai, Kandla and Chennai. Experienced in the handling a wide range of maritime average adjusting claims including

  • interpretation of policies
  • determination of liability
  • quantification of loss payable
  • preparation of statement of claims under different marine insurance forms for loss or damage to different types of ships
  • liaising with technical teams during assignments and interpreting their findings within the scope of the relevant law

Experienced in handling Particular Average, Sue & Labour, Collision, Salvage and General Average Claims,
